Inside Creative Welcomes Philip McMillan

Inside Creative is delighted to announce the appointment of Philip McMillan as Sales and Marketing Director, taking immediate effect. With extensive experience working as a consultant in the voluntary sector, with particular emphasis on governance, management, funding and communications, Philip is ideally qualified to steer and expand the company’s marketing activities across a wide range of sectors.

Philip McMillan – background and experience

Over the years, Philip has gained a world of experience working on a wide variety of projects and sitting on a number of boards. His main areas of endeavour have been in the agricultural, business and voluntary sectors. Here are a few of the highlights:

  • Former Member of the Wildlife Trust’s (Royal Society for Nature Conservation) Marketing Group
  • Founded FONiC Trust, a charity created to support church-based projects in Nepal and has extensive experience in working with a number of NGOs and charities in that country
  • Joint organiser of the CBMC International World Convention 2018 in Belfast, when 700 delegates from across the globe met for three days
  • Established ‘Kingdom Talk Ireland’, a donor-lead leadership training initiative for Christian voluntary organisations across Ireland, and was a co-founder of Think Business, a Northern Ireland-wide initiative promoting Missional Business and Business as Mission
  • Established an international fundraising and donor relations unit for an Asia-based INGO
